We have received nominations from the members this year so the final decision was put to the committee 

The senior winner was Dave Voyle 

Dave was nominated because 

"Dave is a fantastic coach who encourages and praises his own athletes and all athletes  he comes in to contact with. He has a wealth of running knowledge which he is more than happy to share. He is seen in all weather's volunteering at Ydl,mid lancs track and field and power of 5k to name a few and he's always ready with a smile and some sound  advice to the athletes. Dave is a true gentleman and very deserving of this award"

This years Junior award went to James Brassington 

"James' England Vest for Fell this year was the sole Junior international appearance for an LMAC athlete in 2022. James was selected for the Home International Junior Fell Championships where he acquitted himself, the club and his country well.

In addition James also won county vests for both Lancashire for the Inter-counties Cross country and Cumbrian Schools for the English Schools Cross Country and is Cumbrian schools Inter Boys 800m champion"

Both awards were by last years recipients Steve Perry (Senior) and Toby Nicholson (Junior)
