Two LMAC members help to bring in the Ladies Team Trophy at the Keswick to Barrow (K2B) Walk by setting a new course record of 8 hours 24 minutes on Saturday 9 May.

Cross Country Saturday March 7th
Ten members of Lancaster and Morecambe Athletes Club were selected to represent Lancashire and two Cumbria in the British Athletics World Trials and Inter Counties Cross Country Championships at Crofton Park in Birmingham on Saturday

Tony Jewitt had a great week-end double, running both Stanley Park 10ks on Saurday and Sunday.
