The Runners Centre 5km road race series continued successfully with close to 100 runners taking part in the second race.
The front end of the race was a close battle, with James Reed taking the victory in 16m.51. In second was Mike Whyatt from Garstang RC in 15m.52 and just behind in 15m.54 was John Convery from Bingley Harriers.
