Aim:- to develop off road skills (balance, agility, reading the path, core ) - and to save the knees!
When:- Tuesdays (every week) starting usual time 6.45- 8pm
Start:- from club house
Where:- as much as possible will be off road - probably initially Ryelands park, as soon as possible Quay meadow. and further afield such as Marsh point?
Gear:- shoes with some grip ( don't need fellshoes!) may get muddy. high viz clothing, head torch useful in darker months
Ability:- will try an cope with a range - thinking of people able to do the park run (5K) in 20-30 mins
What:- will try and involve a 20 min structured warm up, 20 mins main set ( intervals / hills / pace) and then a warm down.
Session will be run by Paul Tynan
