I've been a leader in running fitness for around 3 to 4 years now - I really enjoy giving something back to the club and also as a run leader it means I do push myself that little bit harder (as so not to be left behind by the group I'm coaching)
Favourite races 10k , 1/2 marathon and I absolutely love running on the trails in lake district when the pain is taken away by the stunning views
Biggest achievement - sub 4hr (3hr 59) Marathon and Windermere which without support of LMAC I would never have achieved
